English Definition
A time table setting out the dates, amounts, and components (principal/interest) of payments to be made under a debt or contract, the basis both for the borrower's cash planning and the creditor's yield calculation. Its structure, level instalments, a rising profile, or a grace period, should be shaped to the project's cash-generation curve. In project finance, a construction-period grace built into the repayment schedule keeps the project from wrestling with debt service before it earns revenue; a mismatch between that grace period and the commercial operation date is among the most common triggers for restructuring.

Bir borç ya da sözleşme kapsamında yapılacak ödemelerin tarih, tutar ve bileşen (anapara/faiz) dökümünü gösteren zaman tablosudur; hem borçlunun nakit planlamasının hem de alacaklının getiri hesabının temelidir.
