About BEIREK

BEIREK is a New York-based project management and advisory firm. We manage dependencies between investment decisions, financing, construction and operations, bringing the parties’ work into a shared schedule and reporting framework.
Our role is to prepare decisions, define responsibilities and monitor execution. We coordinate engineering teams, contractors and other specialists around the project owner’s objectives.

We work on capital projects in data centers, manufacturing, energy and infrastructure. On behalf of project owners, investors and public authorities, we manage development, financing preparation, construction and operations.
We map financing obligations to owners, deadlines and supporting documents. We coordinate environmental and social specialists and manage the preparation of lender reports and evidence files. Technical reviews and approvals remain with the authorized specialists.
We coordinate design, procurement and construction teams on the owner’s behalf. We track schedule, cost, changes and acceptance records together, bringing matters requiring a decision to the owner. Contractors execute construction; authorized teams perform technical reviews and tests.
