Programmes
Delivery programmes
Thirteen fixed-scope programmes, each with a defined outcome, decision gates and an evidence set, documented in a brief of thirty to fifty pages. They are the form in which most of our corporate work is engaged.
Each brief sets out the programme's purpose, scope boundaries, phases and decision gates, deliverables, roles and the evidence required at each gate.
Two programmes are sector-specific and carry the same discipline into solar generation and module manufacturing; the same template is applied to data centre campuses and industrial plants on a mandate basis.
