Bir çerçeve sözleşme (framework agreement) altında, alıcının önceden anlaşılmış fiyat ve şartlarla belirli bir miktar mal ya da hizmetin teslimini talep ettiği resmi bildirimdir. Çerçeve fiyat ve genel koşulları sabitlerken, çekiş bildirimi fiili siparişi ve teslim programını tetikler. Sermaye projelerinde bu ayrım tedarik riskini yönetmenin kaldıracıdır; işveren, uzun teslim süreli ekipmanı çerçeveyle bağlayıp çekişi inşaat takvimine göre kademelendirerek hem fiyat dalgalanmasını hem de erken ödeme ve depolama maliyetini eş zamanlı kontrol altında tutar.
English Definition
A formal notice under a framework agreement by which a buyer requests delivery of a specified quantity of goods or services at pre-agreed prices and terms. The framework fixes price and general conditions, while the call-off notice triggers the actual order and delivery schedule. In capital projects this separation is the lever for managing supply risk: the owner locks long-lead equipment under the framework and staggers call-offs against the construction calendar, controlling price volatility, early payment and storage cost at once.
