Proje finansmanında bu sistem, banka hesaplarının rehinli yapısıyla ve virman yetkilerinin hesap bankasıyla paylaşımıyla iç içedir; nitekim nakit sıkışması yaşandığında sistem üzerinden görünen hesap hareketleri kredi verenin erken uyarı mekanizmasını besler. English Definition
The technological and procedural framework that consolidates collections, payments, reconciliation and cash forecasting into a single layer, rendering working capital visible in near real time. In project financings this system is inseparable from the charged status of the project accounts and from the sharing of transfer authority with the account bank, so that account movements visible through it feed the lender's early-warning apparatus. A well-configured system signals reserve-account shortfalls before they harden into an actual event of default.
