Malın alıcının ya da bir aracının mahalline konsinye olarak sevk edildiği, ancak mülkiyet ya da bedelin fiili teslim ve nakit tahsilatına kadar askıda tutulduğu hibrit bir ödeme-teslim yapısıdır. Satıcı hem stok riskini hem de tahsilat riskini kısmen taşımaya devam ettiği için, bu yapı yalnızca tekrar eden ve güvene dayalı ticari ilişkilerde ekonomik olur. Proje tedarikinde konsinye modeli, sarf malzeme ve yedek parça gibi kalemlerde işletme dönemi nakit döngüsünü rahatlatsa da, kredi verenin teminat havuzunda mülkiyetin ne zaman geçtiği sorusunu karmaşıklaştırır.
English Definition
A hybrid payment-and-delivery arrangement in which goods are shipped on consignment to the buyer's or an intermediary's premises, while title or the price remains suspended until physical delivery and cash collection occur. Because the seller continues to bear a share of both inventory and collection risk, the structure is economic only in recurring, trust-based commercial relationships. In project procurement a consignment model can ease the operating-period cash cycle for consumables and spare parts, yet it complicates the lender's security position by blurring the moment at which title actually passes.
