CIF esasına dayanan, ancak varış limanında malın gemiden boşaltılması ve karaya çıkarılması masraflarını da fiyata dâhil eden bir maliyet ifadesidir; böylece alıcının rıhtımda malı teslim aldığı andaki toplam maliyeti gösterir. Bu terim resmî bir Incoterm değil, ticari bir fiyatlama uzantısıdır ve tam da bu nedenle boşaltma, terminal elleçleme ve liman harçlarının kimin uhdesinde olduğu taraflar arasında açıkça yazılmadıkça anlaşmazlık kaynağıdır. Proje tedarikinde farklı tedarikçi tekliflerini karşılaştırırken, CIF ile CIF Landed'ın karıştırılması, görünüşte ucuz bir teklifi karaya indiğinde daha pahalı hâle getirebilir.
English Definition
A costing expression built on the CIF basis but adding the charges for unloading and landing the goods at the destination port, so that it reflects the buyer's total cost at the moment the goods are taken up on the quay. It is not a formal Incoterm but a commercial pricing extension, and precisely for that reason the allocation of discharge, terminal-handling, and port dues is a source of dispute unless spelled out between the parties. When comparing supplier bids in project procurement, conflating CIF with CIF Landed can make a nominally cheaper offer more expensive once it is actually ashore.
