İhracat finansmanında çıkış gümrüklemesinin tamamlanması, çoğu akreditifte sevkiyat kanıtı olarak aranan konşimento ya da yükleme belgesinin doğması anlamına gelir; dolayısıyla bu işlemdeki bir gecikme, ihracatçının akreditif altında ödeme alma hakkını doğuran belge zincirini ve tahsilat takvimini doğrudan erteler.
English Definition
The customs and port formalities a vessel completes before leaving port, or goods complete before export — the approval of the outward declaration, the issue of export documents and the granting of the ship's permission to sail. In export finance, completion of outward clearance is what gives rise to the bill of lading or shipping document that most letters of credit require as proof of shipment. A delay here therefore directly postpones the documentary chain that entitles the exporter to payment under the credit, and with it the collection timetable.
