Bir işlemin — özellikle gayrimenkul alımının ya da kredi tesisinin — kapanışında, ana bedelin dışında ödenen ücret, vergi ve masrafların bütünüdür; tapu harçları, ekspertiz, hukuk, sigorta ve tesis ücretlerini kapsar. Proje finansmanında bu kalem çoğu zaman hafife alınır; oysa arrangement fee, hukuki danışmanlık ve lender's technical advisor ücretleri toplamı, borç tutarının yüzde iki ila dördüne ulaşabilir ve bu tutar genellikle projenin kullanım (drawdown) tabanına kapitalize edilerek finanse edilir, dolayısıyla efektif kaldıracı sessizce yükseltir.
English Definition
The aggregate of fees, taxes, and charges paid at the completion of a transaction — most often a real-estate purchase or a loan facility — over and above the principal amount, spanning title fees, appraisal, legal, insurance, and arrangement costs. In project finance this line is frequently underestimated; the combined arrangement fee, legal counsel, and lender's technical advisor charges can reach two to four percent of the debt, and that sum is usually capitalized into the drawdown base, which quietly raises effective leverage rather than being funded from equity.
