Bu yapı, güven ilişkisinin sınırlı olduğu işlemlerde peşin ödeme ile açık hesap arasında bir ara çözüm sunar; ancak alıcının teslimatı reddetmesi hâlinde satıcı iade ve yeniden depolama maliyetiyle karşılaşır. English Definition
A payment method under which the price of goods is collected through the carrier or deliverer at the moment of delivery to the buyer, so the seller does not carry receivable risk beyond that point, refusing to let the goods change hands before payment. The structure offers a middle path between cash-in-advance and open account where trust is limited, though if the buyer refuses delivery the seller faces return and re-warehousing costs. In project procurement it reduces transaction friction on small, repeated material shipments.
