Proje finansmanında komisyon ücretlerinin yapısı — peşin mi yoksa kullanıma bağlı mı, çekilen tutar üzerinden mi yoksa taahhüt edilen limit üzerinden mi hesaplandığı — efektif borç maliyetini belirgin biçimde değiştirir; özellikle taahhüt komisyonunun çekilmemiş limit üzerinden işlemesi, çok dilimli ve uzun çekiş dönemli projelerde atıl kredi kapasitesini bir maliyet merkezine dönüştürür, dolayısıyla çekiş takviminin optimize edilmesi doğrudan bir tasarruf kalemidir.
English Definition
A fee charged in return for performing a service or transaction, often fixed or proportional to the transaction amount. In project financing, the structure of commission fees — whether upfront or usage-based, computed on the drawn amount or on the committed limit — markedly changes the effective cost of debt; in particular, a commitment fee running on the undrawn limit turns idle credit capacity into a cost centre in multi-tranche projects with long drawdown periods, so optimising the drawdown schedule is itself a direct source of saving.
