Proje finansmanı açısından bu toplantılar, ulusal katkı beyanları ve karbon piyasası mekanizmaları gibi çıktılar üzerinden politika sinyali üretir. English Definition
The supreme decision-making body at which the states party to an international convention convene to review and advance its implementation; in the climate context the conference of the parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change is the best-known instance. For project finance these meetings generate policy signals through outputs such as nationally determined contributions and carbon-market mechanisms. Their significance to the practitioner is that even non-binding commitments emerging from them shape incentive regimes and carbon-price expectations, indirectly affecting the financeability of renewable and environmental projects.
