Aralarındaki mülkiyet, kontrol ya da ekonomik bağımlılık ilişkisi nedeniyle tek bir borçlu gibi değerlendirilmesi gereken, dolayısıyla kredi risk limitleri açısından tek bir risk grubu sayılan borçlular topluluğudur. Bankacılık düzenlemesinde büyük maruziyet (large exposure) sınırları bu gruplama üzerinden hesaplanır; birinin ödeme güçlüğünün diğerlerine sirayet edeceği varsayımıyla limitler konsolide taban üzerinden uygulanır. Proje finansmanında aynı sponsorun farklı SPV'leri çoğu zaman bağlantılı sayılır, bu da tek bir sponsora kullandırılabilecek toplam kredinin, projeler tek tek bankalanabilir görünse bile grup limitine takılmasına yol açar.
English Definition
A group of borrowers that must be treated as a single obligor because ownership, control or economic interdependence links their fortunes, and are therefore aggregated for the purposes of credit exposure limits. Prudential large-exposure rules compute headroom on this consolidated basis, on the assumption that distress in one will propagate to the others. In project finance the several SPVs of one sponsor are commonly deemed connected, so that the aggregate a lender may extend to a single sponsor collides with the group limit even where each project appears independently bankable.
