Ağırlıklı ortalama sermaye maliyeti (WACC), borç maliyetini ve özkaynak maliyetini şirketin sermaye yapısı oranında birleştirir. Sermaye maliyeti, sermaye bütçeleme kararları için eşik oranı görevi görür.

The required return necessary to make an investment worthwhile, representing the opportunity cost of using funds for a specific investment rather than alternatives with similar risk. The weighted average cost of capital (WACC) combines the cost of debt and cost of equity in proportion to the company's capital structure. Cost of capital serves as a hurdle rate for capital budgeting decisions.
