English Definition
A planning document that sets out a project's total cost line by line and spreads it across the time axis, tying the flow of expenditure to defined periods. The lender's drawdown schedule is pinned to it, and no disbursement is released until the independent engineer verifies physical progress against the schedule. The divergence between planned and actual spend governs when the cost-overrun reserve and the completion guarantee are triggered, making the schedule not merely an accounting tool but the operative calendar of risk-sharing between sponsor and lender.
