Bir ülkenin ekonomik durumunu, kalkınma önceliklerini ve yatırım ihtiyaçlarını finansörlere ya da yatırımcı topluluğuna toplu biçimde tanıttığı resmî sunum ya da toplantıdır; çoğu zaman donör konferansları ve kalkınma bankası yıllık toplantıları çerçevesinde yapılır. Görünüşte diplomatik bir tören olsa da, proje finansmanına dokunan yönü, bu sunumların bir ülkenin proje hattını (pipeline) uluslararası sermayeye görünür kılması ve finansör iştahını erken kalibre etmesidir. English Definition
A formal presentation or session in which a country introduces its economic situation, development priorities, and investment needs collectively to financiers or the investor community, often within donor conferences and development-bank annual meetings. Though outwardly a diplomatic ceremony, its bearing on project finance is that these presentations make a country's project pipeline visible to international capital and calibrate financier appetite early. The point an experienced developer knows is that the sectors a government presents as priorities are often those where conditionality loosens and co-financing eases; reading between the lines of the presentation is a quiet advantage in deal timing.
