Proje finansmanında bu kapasite doğrudan asgari DSCR eşiği, vade ve faiz oranı üçlüsünün fonksiyonudur ve borç, öngörülen nakit akışına göre sculpt edilerek kapasiteye kadar doldurulur. English Definition
The maximum debt burden a borrower or project can service without falling into default — in effect, the ceiling on how much debt its cash flow can lift. In project finance this capacity is a direct function of the minimum DSCR threshold, tenor, and interest rate, with the debt sculpted to projected cash flow and filled up to capacity. Because overestimating capacity produces covenant breaches at the slightest revenue deviation in the operating phase, lenders typically anchor to the capacity that survives a stressed scenario rather than the base case.
