Başvurudan farkı, talebin değil önerilen çözümün ifadesi olmasıdır. Proje finansmanında teklif nadiren tek bir orandan ibarettir; çekiş takvimi, rezerv hesabı gereklilikleri, covenant paketi ve nakit dağıtım kısıtları birlikte müzakere edildiğinden, teklifin asıl değeri fiyatın kendisinden çok bu koşulların projenin nakit akışıyla ne kadar uyumlu kurgulandığında yatar.
English Definition
The proposal setting out, in structured form, a credit's proposed amount, tenor, price, collateral, and conditions; both the internal recommendation a credit officer presents to the committee and the terms package a lender conveys to the borrower can carry this name. What distinguishes it from the application is that it expresses the proposed solution rather than the request. In project finance the proposal is rarely a single rate; because the drawdown schedule, reserve-account requirements, covenant package, and distribution restrictions are negotiated together, the proposal's real value lies less in the price itself than in how well those conditions are structured to fit the project's cash flow.
