Çok taraflı finansör kuruluşların gelir dağılımına duyarlı fayda-maliyet analizinde bu eşik, bir projenin düşük gelirli kesimlere sağladığı faydanın nasıl ağırlıklandırılacağını belirler. English Definition
In the economic appraisal of projects, the income threshold at which the value of public resources is taken to equal the value of private consumption; consumption below that level is assigned a higher social value through distribution weights. In the distribution-sensitive cost-benefit analysis of multilateral financiers, this threshold governs how the benefit a project delivers to lower-income groups is weighted. Projects with low financial returns but strong distributional impact may thereby move to the front in accessing concessional finance.
