Kurumsal işlemlerde bireysel bir belge olmaktan öte, doğrulanabilir bir yeterlilik kanıtıdır. Proje finansmanında ihale ve ön yeterlilik dosyalarında anahtar personelin özgeçmişleri teknik değerlendirmenin puanlanan bir bileşenidir; kredi verenin due diligence'ında ise proje yönetim ekibinin ve EPC ile O&M kadrosunun geçmiş referans projeleri, icra kapasitesine dair başlıca kanıt olarak incelenir.
English Definition
A document setting out, in structured form, a person's educational background, professional experience and competencies, distinguished from the summary résumé by its greater detail and inclusion of academic or specialist references. In corporate transactions it is less an individual document than a verifiable proof of qualification. In project financing the CVs of key personnel are a scored component of technical evaluation in tender and prequalification files; in the lender's due diligence, the past reference projects of the project-management team and of the EPC and O&M staff are examined as the principal evidence of execution capacity.
