Proje finansmanında bu belge sıradan bir işe alım aracının ötesine geçer; kredi verenlerin teknik danışmanı, EPC yüklenicisinin ve işletme ekibinin kilit personelinin özgeçmişlerini, tamamlanma ve performans riskinin insan sermayesi boyutunu değerlendirmek için due diligence dosyasında ayrı bir başlık olarak inceler. Nitekim benzer ölçek ve teknolojide referans projede kanıtlanmış saha yöneticisinin bulunmaması, ihale değerlendirmesinde çoğu zaman fiyattan daha ağır basan bir eksik olarak fiyatlanır ve teminat ya da garanti talebini artırır.
English Definition
A document setting out a person's education, professional experience and qualifications in structured form. In project finance the document goes beyond an ordinary recruitment tool; the lenders' technical adviser reviews the CVs of the key personnel of the EPC contractor and the operating team as a distinct heading in the due diligence file, in order to assess the human-capital dimension of completion and performance risk. Indeed the absence of a site manager proven on a reference project of comparable scale and technology is often priced, in bid evaluation, as a shortfall that outweighs price and raises the demand for security or guarantees.
