Finansal olarak müşteri hizmetleri bir maliyet merkezidir; ancak hizmet kalitesi elde tutma oranını ve dolayısıyla gelir istikrarını etkilediği için salt bir opex kaleminin ötesinde bir kaldıraçtır. English Definition
The set of pre- and post-sale support, information and problem-resolution activities an organization provides to its customers. Financially it is a cost center, yet because service quality influences retention and therefore revenue stability, it is more than a mere operating-expense line. In financings backed by serviced assets, such as infrastructure concessions or securitized portfolios, contractually fixing the servicing standard is a structural provision that protects collection performance and, ultimately, the capacity to service debt.
