Belirlenen varış yerinin sözleşmede net tanımlanması kritiktir; zira risk ile masrafın el değiştirdiği fiziksel nokta budur. English Definition
DDP is the Incoterm placing maximum obligation on the seller, who delivers the goods at the named place of destination, cleared for import and with all costs and risks — including import duties and taxes — borne up to that point. Defining the named place precisely is critical, since it is where risk and cost pass. In project finance, an EPC contractor sourcing equipment on DDP terms secures delay-free site delivery by leaving import duty and VAT with the seller, yet this can carry a tax cost, such as forgone input-VAT recovery.
