Standart DDP'ye, malın varış noktasında taşıma aracından boşaltılması yükümlülüğünün de satıcıya eklendiği, Incoterms kurallarında resmen tanımlı olmayan bir ticari varyasyondur; boşaltma riski ve masrafı satıcıya geçer. English Definition
A commercial variation of standard DDP, not formally defined in the Incoterms rules, that adds unloading the goods from the means of transport at destination to the seller's obligations, so the risk and cost of unloading pass to the seller. Because it is absent from the official Incoterm list, the parties must spell out the scope of unloading and the limit of liability, or a dispute follows. In project finance, who bears damage during the site unloading of heavy, delicate equipment — a transformer or turbine component — turns precisely on how this term is drafted.
