DDP teriminin, satıcının yükümlülüğünü malın varış yerinde taşıttan boşaltılmasını da kapsayacak biçimde genişleten bir varyasyonudur; standart DDP'de boşaltma kural olarak alıcıya aitken, bu düzenlemede boşaltma riski ve masrafı satıcıya geçer. Ağır ve büyük hacimli proje ekipmanının tesliminde bu ayrım ticari olarak önemlidir, zira özel vinç, ağır taşıma ekipmanı ve saha erişim düzenlemesi gerektiren boşaltma operasyonu kayda değer bir maliyet ve hasar riski taşır. English Definition
A variation of the DDP term that extends the seller's obligation to include unloading the goods from the arriving transport at the place of destination; whereas under standard DDP unloading rests as a rule with the buyer, this arrangement passes the risk and cost of unloading to the seller. In the delivery of heavy, high-volume project equipment this distinction is commercially significant, since an unloading operation requiring specialized cranes, heavy-lift equipment, and site-access arrangements carries meaningful cost and damage risk. Indeed, leaving unclear which party bears unloading responsibility for critical items such as turbine blades, transformers, or modular units is a principal source of insurance and liability disputes in the event of damage.
