Bankanın, bir hesaptan yapılan borç kaydını hesap sahibine resmî olarak bildirdiği belgedir; tutarı, işlem tarihini ve gerekçesini kayıt altına alır. Görünürde rutin bir bildirim olsa da proje finansmanında borç dekontları, kontrol edilen hesaplar (controlled accounts) rejiminde şelale mekanizmasının denetim izini oluşturur. English Definition
A document by which a bank formally notifies an account holder of a debit posted to an account, recording the amount, transaction date, and reason. Though it looks like a routine notice, in project finance debit advices form the audit trail of the waterfall mechanism under a controlled-accounts regime. Lenders require every outflow from escrow and reserve accounts to be documented by advice; this document is the primary means of confirming that funds moved in the contractually defined order and of catching a potential cash-sweep breach early.
