A table fixing the amounts and dates of principal and interest payments period by period; it sits as an annex to the loan agreement and directly sets the funding level of the debt-service reserve account. In project finance the schedule is shaped to reflect the construction-phase grace period, the commercial operation date, and seasonal cash flow, since a level annuity is rarely appropriate. The schedule's hidden function is to trigger cash sweeps by testing a defined DSCR threshold before each payment date; performance below projection redirects surplus cash to prepaying debt before any distribution reaches the sponsor.
