Bu beyan, malın ihracat işlemine tabi tutulduğunu belgelediğinden, akreditif altında ihracatçının ödeme hakkını doğuran sevk belgeleri zincirinin parçasıdır. English Definition
The formal declaration by which a ship or vehicle, at its port of departure, reports the cargo it will carry and its destination to the customs authority to obtain clearance to sail — one of the procedural steps of the export regime. Because it evidences that the goods have been placed under export processing, the declaration forms part of the shipping-document chain that creates the exporter's right to payment under a letter of credit. In project financing, particularly in export-revenue-based repayment structures, the timing of outward declaration sits in the procedural layer that affects both the collection calendar and the conditions under which export-credit-agency cover engages.
