Proje finansmanında fon çekişi serbest bir işlem değildir; her çekiş, ön koşulların sağlandığını, inşaatın öngörülen ilerlemeye ulaştığını ve öz kaynağın önce harcandığını doğrulayan bir çekiş talebine ve çoğu zaman bağımsız mühendisin onayına bağlıdır. English Definition
To actually request and use cash from a previously committed loan or funding limit, marking the gap between commitment and utilization. In project financing drawing funds is not a free act; each draw depends on a drawdown request confirming that conditions precedent are met, that construction has reached the projected milestones, and that equity has been spent first, often with the independent engineer's sign-off. The commitment fee charged on the undrawn balance sets the trade-off between drawing early and carrying idle interest cost.
