Kredi veren için bu süre, beyan edilen gelirin sürdürülebilirliğine ilişkin bir vekil (proxy) gösterge işlevi görür, zira kısa istihdam geçmişi gelir kesintisi olasılığını yükseltir. English Definition
In a loan or surety application, the field showing how long the applicant has held their current job, used in assessing income stability. For the lender this period serves as a proxy for the sustainability of declared income, since a short employment history raises the likelihood of an interruption in earnings. In project financing the criterion is carried from the individual to the institutional level; the tenure and turnover of key technical personnel and the operating team form part of the due diligence on an operator's execution capacity, as high staff turnover signals the risk of losing critical operational knowledge.
