Borclunun fon kullanip kullanmadigina bakilmaksizin, kredi tesisinin taahhut edilen toplam tutari uzerinden kredi veren tarafindan alinan donemsel ucrettir. Kredi verenin tesisi hazir bulundurmasini ve buna bagli sermaye tahsis maliyetlerini karsilar. Genellikle yillik baz puan olarak ifade edilir ve taahhut ucretinden farklidir.
English Definition
A periodic fee charged by a lender on the entire committed amount of a credit facility, regardless of whether the borrower has drawn down funds. It compensates the lender for maintaining the availability of the facility and bearing the associated capital allocation costs. Facility fees are typically expressed in basis points per annum and are distinct from commitment fees.
