English Definition
An Incoterm under which the seller delivers goods cleared for export to a carrier nominated by the buyer at the named place. Risk transfers to the buyer at the point of delivery to the carrier, and the buyer bears all subsequent transportation costs and risks. FCA is one of the most versatile Incoterms, applicable to all modes of transport including multimodal shipments.
