Nihai temettu sirketin tam yil finansal performansini yansitir ve dagitilmamis karlar, sermaye yeterliligi ve gelecekteki yatirim gereksinimleri dikkate alinarak belirlenir.
English Definition
The dividend declared by a company's board of directors at the end of the financial year, subject to approval by shareholders at the annual general meeting. It is paid in addition to any interim dividends distributed during the year. The final dividend reflects the company's full-year financial performance and is determined after considering retained earnings, capital adequacy, and future investment requirements.
