Kalkinma bankalari projenin finanse edilebilirligini degerlendirmek icin finansal getiri oranini sermayenin firsat maliyetiyle karsilastirir.
English Definition
The percentage return generated by an investment or project calculated on the basis of financial (market) prices, as opposed to economic prices that adjust for externalities and market distortions. It measures the project's profitability from the perspective of the investor or entity undertaking it. Development banks compare the financial rate of return against opportunity cost of capital to assess project bankability.
