Araci komisyonu, aksi halde bir araya gelmeyecek taraflari birbirine baglamak icin ag ve uzmanligi kullanan aracinin hizmetini tazmin eder. Proje finansmani ve birlesme-satin alma islemlerinde araci komisyonlari genellikle ucret esasini, odeme tetikleyicilerini ve munhasirlik duzenlemelerini belirleyen yazili gorevlendirme mektuplariyla duzenlenir.
English Definition
A commission or payment made to an intermediary who introduces parties to a business transaction, investment opportunity, or deal. The finder's fee compensates the intermediary for leveraging their network and expertise to connect principals who might not otherwise have engaged. In project finance and M&A transactions, finder's fees are typically governed by written engagement letters specifying the fee basis, payment triggers, and exclusivity arrangements.
