Bu sozlesme turu maksimum fiyat riskini yukleniciye aktarir ve butce kesinligi arayan proje sponsorlari ve kredi verenler tarafindan tercih edilir. Kesin sabit fiyat sozlesmeleri, kapsamın iyi tanimlandigi ve olculebildigi altyapi ve enerji projelerinde EPC duzenlemelerinde yaygin olarak kullanilir.

A procurement or construction contract in which the contractor agrees to deliver the specified scope of work at a predetermined, non-adjustable price, bearing full responsibility for cost overruns.
