Sabit tarihli policeler hem kesenici hem de muhataba odeme yukumlulugının zamanlamasi konusunda kesinlik saglar. Odeme tarihinin onceden belirlendigi ve mallarin beklenen teslimi veya hizmetlerin tamamlanmasi ile uyumlu oldugu ticaret finansmaninda yaygin olarak kullanilir.
English Definition
A bill of exchange or promissory note that specifies an exact calendar date on which payment is due, rather than a period after sight or after date. Fixed-date bills provide certainty to both drawer and drawee regarding the timing of payment obligation.
