Mal, hizmet veya insaat isi icin fiyatin imzalanma aninda kararlastirilip, kapsam degisiklikleri veya mucbir sebepler haric sozlesme suresi boyunca degismedigi sozlesmeli duzenlenmedir. Sabit fiyatli sozlesmeler maliyet asimi riskini yuklenici veya tedarikciye tahsis ederek verimli uygulamayi tesvik eder. Ozellikle EPC duzenlemelerinde proje finansmani yapilarinin temel tasidir, cunku guvenilir maliyet tahminini mumkun kilar ve kredi verenler icin insaat riskini azaltir.
English Definition
A contractual arrangement in which the price for goods, services, or construction work is agreed upon at execution and does not change during the contract term, subject to limited adjustments for scope changes or force majeure events. Fixed-price contracts allocate cost overrun risk to the contractor or supplier, incentivising efficient execution. They are a cornerstone of project finance structures, particularly in EPC arrangements, as they enable reliable cost forecasting and reduce construction risk for lenders.
