Bu ucret, kredi vereni baslangic maliyetleri, kredi analizi ve sermaye taahhudü icin tazmin eder. English Definition
A one-time, non-refundable fee charged at the inception of a loan or financial facility, calculated as a fixed percentage of the total commitment amount and payable upfront regardless of actual drawdown. This fee compensates the lender for origination costs, credit analysis, and commitment of capital. In project finance, flat front-end fees form part of the total cost of borrowing and are typically included in the all-in cost calculation used to compare competing financing offers.
