Duzensiz gelir akislari veya mevsimsel nakit akisi kaliplari olan borclulara uyum saglar. Ek opsiyon esnekligi nedeniyle standart sabit odemeli urunlere gore genellikle biraz daha yuksek faiz oranlari tasir.
