Parke brokerleri acente olarak hareket eder, hizmetleri karsiliginda komisyon alir ve borsa kurallarina ve duzenleyici gereksinimlere uymak zorundadir. Elektronik ticarete gecisle birlikte rolleri azalmis olmakla birlikte belirli borsalarda karmasik veya buyuk olcekli islemler icin onemini korumaktadir.
English Definition
A member of a securities or commodities exchange who executes buy and sell orders on the trading floor on behalf of clients. Floor brokers act as agents, receiving commissions for their services, and must comply with exchange rules and regulatory requirements. With the transition to electronic trading, the role of floor brokers has diminished but remains relevant in certain exchanges for complex or large-scale transactions.
