Saticinin mallari belirtilen yukleme limaninda alicinin belirledig gemiye teslim ettigi ve bu noktada risk ile maliyet sorumlulugunun aliciya gectigi bir Incoterms teslim seklidir. Satici ihracat gumrukleme islemlerinden ve mallar gemiye yuklenene kadarki tum maliyetlerden sorumludur. FOB uluslararasi deniz ticaretinde en yaygin kullanilan ticaret terimlerinden biridir.
English Definition
An Incoterm under which the seller delivers goods on board the vessel nominated by the buyer at the named port of shipment, at which point risk and cost responsibility transfer to the buyer. The seller is responsible for export clearance and all costs until the goods are loaded on the ship. FOB is one of the most widely used trade terms in international maritime commerce.
