Proje finansmanında önemi biçimsel değil hukukidir; kredi ve teminat sözleşmelerinin "Bildirimler" (Notices) maddesi, geçerli tebligatın hangi adrese ve kimin dikkatine yapılacağını isim ve unvanla sabitler, dolayısıyla bir temerrüt bildirimi ya da çekiş talebi doğru kişiye yöneltilmediğinde tebligat geçersiz sayılabilir. English Definition
A routing instruction placed at the head of a letter or cover sheet directing formal correspondence to a specific named individual within an organisation. Its significance in project finance is legal rather than clerical: the Notices clause of facility and security agreements fixes, by name and title, to whose attention valid service must be made, so a default notice or drawdown request misdirected to the wrong recipient may be treated as invalidly served. Failure to update that designation after a transfer of parties is a common post-closing procedural defect.
