Vadeli sabit oranlar mevcut getiri egrisinden turetilir ve piyasanin gelecekteki faiz orani hareketlerine iliskin beklentilerini yansitir. Proje finansmaninda fiili kullandirmadan once gelistirme asamasinda finansman maliyetlerini guence altina almak icin yaygin olarak kullanilir.

An interest rate fixed today for a loan or investment that will commence at a specified future date, locking in the borrowing or lending cost in advance. Forward fixed rates are derived from the current yield curve and reflect market expectations of future interest rate movements.
