Gemi Doğrultusunda Teslim (FAS), satıcının malları belirlenen yükleme limanında geminin yanına yerlestirdiğinde teslim yükümlülüğünü yerine getirdiği bir Incoterms ticaret terimidir. Bu noktadan itibaren alıcı, yükleme, deniz navlunu, sigorta ve ithalat gümrükleme dahil tüm risk ve masrafları üstlenir. FAS yalnızca deniz taşımacılığı için kullanılır ve alıcının gemiyi ayarladığı dökme emtia ticaretinde yaygın olarak uygulanır.
English Definition
Free Alongside Ship (FAS) is an Incoterms trade term under which the seller delivers goods when they are placed alongside the vessel at the named port of shipment. From that point, the buyer assumes all risks and costs including loading, ocean freight, insurance, and import clearance. FAS is used exclusively for waterborne transport and is commonly employed in bulk commodity trades where the buyer arranges the vessel.
