Uluslararası ticaret teslim kurallarından (Incoterms) biri olup, satıcının malı, alıcının belirlediği taşıyıcıya kararlaştırılan yerde ihracat gümrüğü tamamlanmış olarak teslim etmesiyle riskin alıcıya geçtiği koşulu tanımlar. Teslim yeri satıcının kendi tesisi ise yükleme satıcıya, harici bir nokta ise indirme sorumluluğu alıcıya ait olduğundan, riskin tam geçiş anı sözleşmede net belirtilmediğinde uygulamada tartışma doğar. Proje tedarikinde FCA, akreditif ve nakliye sigortasının hangi tarafça ve hangi andan itibaren düzenleneceğini belirlediği için EPC lojistiğinde teminat boşluğu yaratmaya elverişlidir.
English Definition
One of the international delivery terms (Incoterms) under which risk passes to the buyer once the seller delivers the goods, cleared for export, to a carrier nominated by the buyer at an agreed place. Where that place is the seller's own premises the seller bears loading, whereas at an external point unloading falls to the buyer, so the precise moment of risk transfer invites dispute when the contract leaves it imprecise. In project procurement FCA governs which party arranges the letter of credit and cargo insurance and from what point, making it a frequent source of coverage gaps in EPC logistics.
