Gemide Teslim (FOB), satıcının mallar belirlenen yükleme limanında geminin küpeştesini geçtiğinde teslim yükümlülüğünü yerine getirdiği bir Incoterms ticaret terimidir. Bu noktadan itibaren alıcı, deniz navlunu ve sigorta dahil tüm maliyet ile kayıp veya hasar risklerini üstlenir. FOB yalnızca deniz ve iç su yolu taşımacılığında kullanılır ve uluslararası emtia ticaretinde en yaygın kullanılan terimlerden biridir.
English Definition
Free On Board (FOB) is an Incoterms trade term under which the seller fulfils its delivery obligation when the goods pass over the ship's rail at the named port of shipment. From that point, the buyer bears all costs and risks of loss or damage, including ocean freight and insurance. FOB is used exclusively for sea and inland waterway transport and is one of the most widely employed terms in international commodity trading.
