Geçiş işsizliği, çalışanların işler arası geçiş yapması, ilk kez işgücüne katılması veya bir süre aralık verdikten sonra geri dönmesi gibi normal süreçlerden kaynaklanan kısa süreli işsizliktir. İş arayanlar ile işverenlerin uygun eşleşmeleri bulması için gereken süreyi yansıtır. Geçiş işsizliği, sağlıklı ve dinamik bir işgücü piyasasının doğal ve kaçınılmaz bir bileşeni kabul edilir ve doğal işsizlik oranı hesaplamasına dahil edilir.
English Definition
Frictional unemployment is the short-term joblessness that arises from the normal process of workers transitioning between jobs, entering the workforce for the first time, or re-entering after a period of absence. It reflects the time needed for job seekers and employers to find suitable matches. Frictional unemployment is considered a natural and unavoidable component of a healthy, dynamic labour market and is included in the calculation of the natural rate of unemployment.
