Ön ücret, bir kredi tesisinin kapanışında kredi veren tarafından toplam taahhüt tutarının bir yüzdesi olarak hesaplanan tek seferlik bir ücrettir. Sendikasyon kredileri ve proje finansmanında ön ücret, düzenleyici bankayı tesisin yapılandırılması, pazarlanması ve sendikasyonu karşılığında tazmin eder. İmza veya ilk kullanım anında ödenir ve kredinin vadesi boyunca tahakkuk eden devam eden taahhüt ücretleri ile faiz giderlerinden ayrıdır.
English Definition
A front-end fee is a one-time charge levied by a lender at the closing of a loan facility, calculated as a percentage of the total commitment amount. In syndicated lending and project finance, the front-end fee compensates the arranging bank for structuring, marketing, and syndicating the facility. It is payable upon signing or first drawdown and is distinct from ongoing commitment fees and interest charges that accrue over the loan's tenor.
