Zayi halinde tam prim, sigortalı gemi veya yükün teminat dönemi içinde kayıp olması halinde dahi primin tamamının ödenmesi gerektren bir deniz sigortası şartıdır. Bu hüküm uyarınca, risk tamamen gerçekleşmiş olduğundan tam zayi halinde prim iadesi yapılmaz. Bu şart, risk kabul edildikten sonra sigortacının primin tamamını alıkoyma hakkını korur ve riskin bölünemez olduğu sefer poliçelerinde standarttır.
English Definition
Full premium if lost is a marine insurance clause stipulating that the entire premium is payable even if the insured vessel or cargo is lost during the coverage period. Under this provision, there is no refund of premium upon total loss, as the risk has fully materialised. This clause protects the insurer's right to retain the full premium once the risk has been accepted and is standard in voyage policies where the risk is indivisible.
